cl@n childlaw Edinburgh
Underpinning the work of Community Law Advice Network is the belief that every person should be able to get the legal help that they require at the time that they need it and in a way that is suitable to them. We are committed to providing person centred legal services on a “not-for-profit” basis, for the benefit of the community.

cl@n aims to make the law more accessible to all, including the most vulnerable in our society by providing specialist legal advice and representation to people at a place suitable to them at the time that they need it, irrespective of their ability to pay. In Phase 1, cl@n childlaw Edinburgh, we aim to give practical effect to Article 12 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, enabling children to participate in decision making processes which affect them and allowing their views to be heard.
