Clan Childlaw opened its doors in early 2008 as a free, child-centred outreach legal service for children and young people. 10 years on, it is a thriving law centre with offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh and a track record in advocating for children's rights in Scotland and delivering high quality training on child law.

Clan Childlaw aims to improve life chances for children and young people in Scotland by making sure that every young person in Scotland has access to the legal advice they need, and by securing the recognition and enforcement of their rights in Scots Law. Underpinning Clan's work is the belief that every child and young person should have the opportunity of growing up in a just and fair society, where rights and responsibilities of all are upheld. Its services are delivered under three broad categories: representation, training & information and policy contributions.

Please help us celebrate our 10 year anniversary by attending one of our events, considering making a donation or getting involved in fundraising!
