We would like to invite you to the launch of Clan Childlaw’s Rights In-Justice project, funded by The Promise Partnership. Through this project, Clan Childlaw will be working to ensure that children and young people in conflict with the law have their rights respected and have access to legal support where public authorities fail in their duties to them.

You can read the Young Person’s version of the scoping study here.

The launch has been designed to provide an opportunity to learn more about the project, to discuss these issues with colleagues and to build momentum about improving legal support for children in conflict with the law.

This event is open to anyone with an interest in the rights of children and young people, but will be of particular interest to professionals who support children and young people in conflict with the law, those providing legal advice or representation, and those who train and support the legal profession.
