LGBT Helpline Scotland – A helpline providing information and emotional support for the entire diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) community in Scotland. Phone: 0300 123 2523

Mental Health

Mental Health Foundation – provides information and support for anyone with mental health problems or learning disabilities.
